Club Natació BCN

Club Natació Barcelona is a sports club founded on November 10, 1907 in the city of Barcelona. Led by Bernat Picornell, it is the first swimming club created in Spain.

Project objectives:

Implement technology to be aware of the satisfaction of partners and improvements in service efficiently and that do not involve additional resources and help us to increase the number of partners.

Ensure the operation of the club based on high standards of productivity and quality of service that promote the satisfaction of the needs of all partners and users, their loyalty and the attraction of new, all from a relationship focused on Honesty, proximity, cordiality and professionalism.

Vision:

To become a reference in the sport and the “wellness” in Barcelona that is projected at international level, by the functionality and attractiveness of its facilities, but especially by the professionalism and the exquisite treatment of its collaborators to partners and users, Facts that have to necessarily impact on greater financial strength and end up having waiting list to enrol.
